gauges not working...??

Engine: 305 tpi
Transmission: BW t5 W/ short shifter
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt 3.27 posi
gauges not working...??
86 iroc, had a remote starter, ripped that out cause it didnt work. gauges work fine until i turn the headlights on, then all the gauges stop working. the turn signal arrows dont work anytime, and last i knew at least one of them did cause one bulb was burn out. anyone have any ideas where to start??
