Headlight Problems! T/A

The headlights in my GTA go up but not down. I just replaced the bushings in the actuators and they work fine if not connected to the car, i have done this with the ignition key in the 'on' posistion but no engine running and with the key off. Any suggestions??

sounds like the stopper for the actuator arm is back too far. if the arm goes back too far the motor can't create enough torque to push it forward. try putting your headlights up and then shut them off and tap the actuator arm joint forward a bit. they should go back down. if so, it's just a simple adjustment.

found out it was a blown fuse messing with the relay that shuts it off. Thanks Though : )
