Headlights wont turn off

The headlights on my 83 trans am wont turn off. Where should I start trouble shooting? I have no idea what started this either. Also i'm wondering if you could tell me wich fuse I can take out to make this stop until I can figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

They wont go up or down on their own anymore. They did when I first bought it. If I wanna drive at night i manually put em up

so it's just the headlamp going up and down that won't work...? the lights themselves still function properly?

The headlights dont automatically go up or down anymore but that doesnt bother me. When I shut off the car the lights stay illuminated when their up and when their down. So I dissconnect the battery when I dont drive. So basically the headlights are always illumained wheather the car is on or off and also when the lights are up and when their retracted.

sounds like it may be a problem with the relay. or you switch has gone bad.
