How can I get to the turn signal wires under the dash?

I need to know what color the wires are and where the wires are for the turn signals under the dash. Is there a way to access the passenger turn signal from the passenger side or will I need to run a wire accross? I need a positive feed for each turn signal that is only on when the turn signals are on and when the hazards are on but not when the headlights are on.

Thanks.

No, I'm adding turn signals in my side mirrors.
