Sudden Voltage Drops

My car's voltage just drops randomly and comes right back. The lights get dim, A/C gets weak, etc. Any help would really be appreciated, not very good with electrical system.

Sounds like dying alternator....

Or a dying belt tensioner, or a wiring problem.
