Dash Swap, car wont crank

OK,
Slowly trying to get this 91 dash into my 84 Camaro.

I got the dash in, and I think I have it pretty much wired up.
I wasnt able to find any diagrams for c100 and c207 for an 84,but I did for an 85. so I used that, and the colors seemed to match up what I had.

Got everything wired up (I think) and when I connect the battery. When I turn the key, the cluster comes to life. The coolant gauge, seems to do a self check, voltage gauge reads correctly, the seatbelt warning light comes on ect. But the car doesnt turn over at all.

Any ideas?

Searching this forum, Im wondering could VATS be part of the problem (does this system prevent the engine from turning over)? My 84 didnt have VATS so I dont have a special key. Could the 91 dash, still be looking for that?

If so, how can you disable the VATS system in this dash without knowing what resistor value it's looking for?

Find and bypass the starter enable relay. It should be behind or above the left kick panel. Mike

What does this relay look like?

I'm hoping this is it, because I thought I was doing so well no this swap.

I think i found it,

doing a search on here, it looks like to bypass it I run a jumper across pins A and E?

Correct?

That was it!
Cranked right over, and actually started too!!

Now need to figure out why some of some of the gauges don't work like I thought they would.

Thanks for your help!!
