rear light panel gremlin

Hey got a problem with the rear lights. When putting brakes on. Only the left side works. But you get reg lights all the way across. WHen you put the right turn signal on he lights stay bright for couple sec then slowly flash in 5 sec intervals and the backup light are on at he same time. Any ideas? Turn sig relay? bad ground?
thanks

From looking at the schematics, my educated guess would be bad ground for the right tail lights in conjunction with a blown turn signal fuse. But I might be wrong, of course.
