Length of battery ground cable ?
I know one's supposed to keep the negative cable as short as possible, but I'd like to run it somewhere inside the car, where I could reach and turn the battery off with a battery disconnect switch.
Would this cause any problems at all ?
Bought a D34/78 Optima Yellow battery yesterday, started the Big 3 today (only with 4 gauge wire right now, alternator to battery and battery to ground)
I'd like to be able to disconnect it anyway, until I've fixed all possible electrical problems I may or may not have.

just get the biggest amp rated starter solonoid u can find then cut the ground wire hook it to the big terminals on the solonoid take one of the litte terminals and hook it to the constant ground of the two big terminals and then run a wire inside to a switch with 12 volts
