My battery will not charge and the terminals are getting hot. Also the battery dies in like a Half an hour. as far as i know the battery is still good.

Could it be the battery, alt., or the wiring to the alt?

Also the battery has been relocated to the trunk.

Any help is appreciated because it is my daily driver.

 

It could be any and all of the above, can you get to an Autozone to have it tested?

 

sounds to me like you have a heavy short and your positive is directly connected to your negitive somewhere...ide check your new wiring
