i purchased a hsr and have sold the stock tpi.
the purchaser wands everything including dist and harness.
i am going to install a megasquirt kit.
i am wondering how difficult is it to remove the factory wiring harness.
and also does the factory comp control anything else other than engine.

 

The harness is actually pretty easy to remove, just turn the wheels all the way to the left remove the inner fender liner on the passenger side and pull it from there.....the Computer also controls the converter lock up on the 700r4 transmission
