Strange running and turn signal light problem!
I am having a problem with my running lights and turnsignals. The tail light fuse is blowing when I pull out the headlight ****, and when I try to use the turn signal the bulb stays on and the running lights come on. I have searched every inch of wire from tail lights to the header panel and still havent found a short or anything. could some please point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Sounds like you've either got a bad bulb or a bad light socket or both. Put a test light across the tail light fuse - light on = short to ground. With test light still in place go on the hunt for dead short (light will go out when found). It also sounds like you've got a ground problem - signal lights on - grabbing a ground through the running lights keeping signal lights on & dimly illuminating running lights.
Keep in mind this problem can all be cased by 1 bad bulb or socket.
Good Luck,
Corky
