ok i replaced the two fusible links at the started with a fuse block on my strut tower and now im running really low voltage could it be cus i use crimping butt splices as a temporary fix but i gonna get solder connectors and get it finised up
i just need to know if something else might be doing this and i think my wiper moter died and the fuse didnt blow i havent checked yet but could that be blown and be causing the problem

OK, you put a temporary fuse block on the strut tower in place of the fusible links & you are having low voltage - just want to make sure I understand correctly. Where are you measuring low voltage? You need to take a few measurements with your DVOM. You should have battery voltage going into your temp fuse block & batt voltage coming out of fuses on the temp fuse block. Start there and work to other areas - You should have battery voltage at the single large cable at the back of the alternator. Move inside the car and take a few measurements at the original fuse block. Try to isolate low volts location.

For a benchmark voltage, take a reading across the Pos & Neg terminals of the battery first.
Include make, model, year and any modifications made to the vehicle to help us with diagnosis by wire (or wireless).

its an 82 camaro and the voltmeter gage is reading ten-ish volts and the fuseblock is perminant the connections to the wires going to the block are probly going to be redone with some solder and heat srink

Sounds like you are relying on your dash voltmeter - remember that gauge is 24 yrs old and not very accurate. Take the volt readings I suggested above with a decent voltmeter & post back.
