For Christmas i recieved an air ionigizer for my camaro it plugs into the smoke liter thing in the dash. I didnt really turn it on much untill today. My brother was driving the car and we turned it on but the light did not turn on. alittle manovering and it turned on but then went out. so my brother decided to wiggle it around and a spark came out by the fuse box. Now the Liter and power locks do not work. all the other electrical work does thou. Can someone tell me how to fix/replace this fuse or wiring??

I've had a similar problem once,mine turned out to be the lighter assm. in the dash.it was turning freely in its mounting hole &eventually crossed the grnd(blk wire)to the power (orn wire)maybe try pulling the lighter assm. out to check on it &see if it has done the same thing,&make sure its secure to the dash piece &of course,u will need 2 change the fuse.
