Gray Wire...

This may of been answered somewhere, but havnet had time to look, (barely found time to post really quick)
My guage light keeps poping and i am pretty sure it is due to the gray wire that goes to the radio area. it looks melted and shorted out. does anyone know where this if fed out of so i can go right to the source and cut it? again do to time, i dont have it to start tearing my entire dash area apart again traceing it down. any help would be greatly helpful.

The grey wires are the gauge lighting wires fed from the "GAGE" fuse. If you just plan on just cutting the wire at the source you might as well just leave the fuse out. At least then whoever you sell the car to later won't be posting on here trying to find a mysteriously cut wire.
