What is it?

Hey i am wondering what this is?
It is a black box with a large VAC line from the back of the inlet manifold going to it and a small one going from it to duno where?

It just realized it has no wires going to it, therefor it is not classified as electronics but can someone direct me to someone that can help?

If it is i will just dissconect it coz none of that stuff works in my car anyway, Exept for the fan but it is only a minimal amount of air that comes out of the vents.

be sure to plug off the vacuum line at the engine, else you'll have a vac. leak
