Headlight problem

Have a little problem with my headlights. Low beams work fine, they will come on. The drivers side high beam will be very dimly lit. When I switch to high beams, the driver side lights will both light up but the passenger side won't. In fact both passenger side lights are off when I turn on the high beams.

Would it be a short on the passenger side wiring or perhaps the high beams on the passenger side are out causing both to go out when switched to high beams?

try another bulb in there, perhaps one bulb is out and its screwin up the rest. what u can do is switch out a known working bulb and try that.
