Transmission: Automatic 4-speed
Axle/Gears: non posi
ECM fault codes

Is there any way to check the ECM out of the car I'm not able to pull the fault codes. I did check the CCCS dash bulb and its ok.

you might have a faulting ecm then if you cant pull the codes off of it, i couldnt on mine as well, it would work some days and not others. i thought it was my port wires, went through a flow chart and that pointed at the ecm being faulty, it was right at around 140.00 after core was recieved and the core charge deducted.
