Heater Blower Motor Problem - Please Help!
Hi guys - here's the skinny:
1988 RS w/Air Conditioning. I removed the AC box leaving ONLY the heater blower motor on the firewall. The car was driven like that for a few years and today I installed a sheetmetal intake to duct the blower motor into the firewall hole so I would have air again. Problem is - the motor won't come on when I turn the key to accessories and flip the switch.
What I'm wondering is if there is some sort of built-in ground in one of the A/C plugs that I now cannot plug in (because the box is gone).
Help?
Ty

BLOWN AWAY
The blower is grounded thru the case.
If in doubt you can run a wire from the case to ground.
The 12V input is the single wire from coming out of
the terminal mounted on the blower motor.
.
Happy Racing !

Hey -
Yeah, turns out theres a resister coil in the figerglass AC box that I straight threw out. I hot-wired the system and have air again!
Nina - either thats a Spanish dudes name that I'm mispronouncing or you're a camaro chick - which is it?
