i have a 91 305 tbi it will run good for a day or 2 then ill go to drive the car and it will just crank and i can hear the fuel pump, ill come back a little while later and it will fire right up and run good, im leaning towards and spark issue but ive changed the cap and rotor and ignition coil and the car still has this gremlin. any one had this problem or knew anyone who had this problem or can point me in the right direction of course the car never breaks when im at work when im near my tools. so im not 100% sure weather or not im getting spark i just assume its a spark issue because i can hear the fuel pump when i turn the key and when im cranking

this morning i went to go to work and it started ran for about 6 seconds and abruptly stopped and will not restart.
