its a 91 camaro rs 305 tbi

i just bought the car not long ago and the kid i got it from had the fog light switch taken out and had his neon lights wired into that from what i can tell but a clearish wire touched a red one that he had hooked up and it arked and clicked off the radio, so the radio, windows,locks, and horn do not work at all. ive checked and replaced the blown fuses and still nothing. is there any other fuses besides the ones under the dash? my aim is speedped79 if anyone wants to help over aim

 

Check the fusible link located by the batterry. Looks like a standard wire but it is softer. You may need to bend them around a bit having to feel if the internal core is there.
