I assume you need this for a 1989 Iroc with a TPI engine.
You would need to find the fuel pump relay first. It has 5 wires: black/white, green/white, tan/white, orange, red. You can run a switched fused +12V to the green/white wire.
However, this is just a nasty hack. If you have a problem with the fuel pump circuit, I would recommend fixing it. It would be a hazard to have a switch that overrides the stock system.
