Okay, My right blinker won't blink. I replaced a bad bulb and it still doesn't work. Now i noticed when i turn my headlights on, i don't have a left blinker either. if i turn the headlights off, my left blinker works fine.
any thoughts?

 

Okay, I found my problem with the left blinker. It had a bad ground. Also, with the headlights on, should it blink the same speed as with them off or slower? mine slows down to almost nothing.
I still can't figure out the right side. the ground is good and all the bulbs work.
It's weird, when i turn on the hazards, they work just fine.

Another question. On a camaro, should the brights be on the inside or the outside?
