I have tried to find out whats up but everything seems fine. but when i use my left turn signals the front and fender signals dont flash... but with parking lights they turn on but will never flash. i have all new bulbs. there are a few broke wires but when i connect them they dont make a diff. also my lights flicker as the car is running and i have checked the main ground on the motor so im not sure whats up with that either. any help is very appreciated!

Check your bulb socket grounds.. (The metal parts of the bulb sockets). That's the number one cause of strange turn signal light problems).
First look for obvious corrosion.. If there is any, polish it out with steel wool or fine sandpaper... Use an ohm meter and measure for continuity between the metal light socket and a good clean spot on the car chassis. You should have less than 2 or 3 ohms... (almost zero)..
If the grounds are good.. check your flasher and fuses. Flashers are cheap, it won't cost much to swap your current one out with a new one.
If that fails, then you're going to have to dig up a wiring diagram for your car and trace the wires until you find the bad circuit.

Hah, I literally have the exact same problem. Tried cleaning the contacts a bit, I guess I'll play with the grounding next.

2 different circuits used to make them work. I assume your right turns front, and both rears work? If so, I would check the connections from the turn signal stalk itself, to the defective light.

Re: Turn Signal confusion...
Work backwards...
Start with the bulb itself...
1. Is the bulb even good?
2. Test light...Are you getting current to the socket?
3. Flasher output? Since your right works, but not the left, I'm betting the flasher is good, but is it outputing to both sides?
4. Turn stalk...Is the left even giving an output?

Re: Turn Signal confusion...
You can put a voltmeter on the lightblue wire that comes out of the steering column and test it for 12V when you turn on the turn signals.
Test it also at the turn signal lamps. That will tell you if you're getting the turn signal voltage to the lamps or even out of the multi-switch.
Hope this helps.
