when did vats start?
wel my question is in the title, when did vats start? also i am wanting to put an 87 tpi system into my 91 camaro, since 87 did not have ats will i have to take that out of the computer, or will it just ignore it and still start?

If you're putting in a TPI system from 87, you'll probably put it in with the CPU from 87. That CPU does not know/care about VATS so you will be alright.

what if i put in an 89 wireharness will that affect it any? will an 89 harness plug into an 87 computer? also what about the 9th injector?
