Ignition on hot
I'm in the process of trying to get my LSX swap done. I was working on the wiring yesterday and found my ignition was not getting power. where does the ignition get it's power from and what color wire goes in the steering column for this. Also what color wire comes out for ignition hot? none of my gauges light up or anything. my interior light is on so I know I'm getting a constant hot inside the car. I just can't see why I'm not getting ignition hot.
Car is a 1987 Camaro Z28.
Thanks,
Eric

Re: Ignition on hot
Come on guys. I've searched here and ls1tech.com. I can't find any reason my ignition is not hot. I need to find this soon. Real soon.. Please help me out guys. I'm kinda getting the feeling it might be a wire shorted from the fuse box to the ign. Is this a common prob?
