strange headlight issue /???!?!?!
while leaving the car show/cruise night tonight, someone told me that my headlight was out.. just one of them, sure enough, it was, the low beam, on the drivers side was out.... now I JUST bought all new lights across hte front, 2 low, 2 high, and 2 parking lights, all new, and i checked them, they were all working at one time...
the issue here is, when I click the high beams on, the low beam lense that WASNT lit before, lights up? why would this be? using this, i can rule out that the ligth unit is not working, it is, just not when i have regualr low beam lights on...
any ideas? things to check, specific wires? anyhtign at all? thanks

Re: strange headlight issue /???!?!?!
wow; im really surprised nobody knew the answer
appraently, from waht ive learned, on the low beam light, there are TWO FILAMENTS in the sealed glass bulb.. that is why there are 3 prongs in the plug/wiring, low power-high power/and ground = 3 wires
apparently one of the filaments is burned up in my low beam , leaving the other one to go on when the high beams go on...
- so im just guna get a new glass light... should be real easy
----just posting this info up for anyone who might run a search on this topic in the future... cuz i had no idea if it was a wirign issue, or something crazy,
