No spark at plug wire connection

I am trying to figure out a misfire. The #1 spark plug wire is getting spark @ the cap-wire connection, but not at the plug-wire connection. No matter where this plug wire is grounded, it will not spark @ the end where the the plug should go. Easy, right? I to thought it had to be a bad plug wire. But it only shows to have 2.5k ohms resistance. The others are in tha same range all the way up to 4.2k ohms resistance. I pulled the plug even though I was 99% positive that was not it, and it looks fine. Any Ideas?

Re: No spark at plug wire connection

Try swapping with another wire. If that is not it, check that terminal in the cap for corrosion/damage.
