Ignition problem: Change rotor no start.
So, I changed my coil to an Accel Supercoil. Works well. I like it. Decide it's time to change my cap and rotor. I've taken the cap off before, and all was well, so I change everything out, and put the new stuff in (yes, firing order is correct) and now the car just cranks and cranks but doesn't start. I get full spark from the coil, and it seems like I get full spark from each spark plug, but the car flat out doesn't run. Plenty of fuel pressure.
So if I have spark, fuel, and crank, what is going wrong that's not letting my car run? Any help much appreciated!

It's a long shot... But many years ago I replaced a coil and rotor on another car I owned and wound up with a car that wouldn't start.
The coil and rotor were different brands.. It turned out the rotor wasn't big enough and there was a very large gap between the tip of the rotor and the contacts on the cap. There was a spark, but it was too weak to do anything..
I put the old rotor back in, and away she went
If you have the old parts try putting them back in and see if that works... Also, check the connectors going to the module at the base of the distributor. Unplug them and plug them in again to make sure they are firmly seated.. (That was another thing I went through).

I tried swapping all the old parts back in. No go. I eventually just kept taking it apart and putting it back together until it worked. *shrug* Now to do the plug wires and the plugs themselves. Woo.
