stock acdelco plug wires versus "performance" wires

Should I see any difference between stock ACDelco plug wires (608E) versus aftermarket Performance wires? I am diagnosing a high rpm (>2500) tach bounce so i am considering replacing my old performance wires (500ohms/ft) with stock acdelco (4000ohms/ft) to see if that will help with the high RPM interference. btw, below 2500 it is dead on with my engine analyzer.

btw, i have:

Question 2: would the tach bounce be possibly caused by the condenser/capacitor inside the distributor going bad.
