changed starter solenoid, still nothing

Okay. So my car just doesnt turn over when i try to start it. I thought dead battery maybe. Nope im at 12-13 volts when car is off. I hve brand new altrenator, battery and starter solenoid. If I jumpstart the car with either a manual jumper, jumper cables, or recharge the battery really high, it will kick up and go. I will turn the ccar off, attempt to start it, and when i turn it over. There is nothing. Just the bzzz sounds of the key thing. Someone plese HELP ME!!!!!

Re: changed starter solenoid, still nothing

When you turn the key to start and it won't crank, do lights dim or anything? That would be a sign of a battery terminal problem.

Bad ground,...... ?? Either at the battery to body wire or the starter to the engine block itself.

Possibly bad / broken positive wires running to the starter & or soleniod ???

Re: changed starter solenoid, still nothing

I found out it was a bad battery. It could only hold 10-11 volts and that wasnt enough to crank. What is bad is that battery is 1 month old
