so recently i had a problem with a fuse always going out, which meant i had a short circuit, the fuse that kept going out was the one that goes to the stereo, horn, and the little light that turns on when the door opens. the fuse thats burnt out is still in there. i have yet to fix that problem im wondering if it has anything to do with that fact that at first only my high beams worked, and now both high beams and low beams dont turn on. they worked fine. i do notice that the voltmeter gauge on my car goes nuts though every minute or so.

so i was leaving my cousins house when i was about to pull out, turned on the lights, high beams of course, and they work for 4 seconds then they go out, btu the parking lights still work. any ideas? blown fuses?
