I just bought a very nice 86 Iroc-Z Has little rust and only needs a few things. The third brake light is giving me some trouble, I replaced the bulbs and its still not working. When I replaced the head liner I didnt see and wires that lead up to the brake light. I looked under and from the looks of it the defrosters control the brake light, I could be wrong. Any help please?

 

u need to check ur switch at the rear of the hatch. u have like 4 post touching, jus sand it down and try to fix the angle of the switch. it happend on my 86 iroc.

 

Nope still not the prob, underneath where the wireing is on the glass it came off the window so theres no power goin to it. Would I be ok just to cut into the tail lights and run them off of them?
