Car Radio Not Getting Power

I just bought a new head unit, and am capable of wiring it up, have done many before.

At one time, the fuses would blow before i think a wire had shorted somewhere, i never found it, and i think its back again. Its under teh dash...

So to get around it, is there a wire near the radio hole, where i can find a wire that will get power when the key is turned...so that its business like normal? At least until i track down the wire? Thanks!!!!

Re: Car Radio Not Getting Power

well i got a second radio to work...now its the new one with the problem...i even got a lil 12v light to work...

The radio came with a long black ground wire with a connector at teh end, i cut it and tied it to the black ground wire on the harness, could that be the problem?
