MSD ignition help needed...
So I recently purchased a used MSD 6AL ignition and a Accel 8140 coil. I'm pretty handy working on my 87 T.A. w/305 tpi but for the sake of argument think of me as a newbie. Should I do this install myself and just follow the diagram? What about the coil? A key point is right now I have my intake off and have finished polishing everything. Would this be a better time to tackle the project for accessability or does that not really matter? Cars going into the speed shope for 3.73 gears in 6 weeks mabye I should just pay them to put the MSD in......opinions? Any tips for this install and is there a tech article for this anywhere? Thanks, really could use some help and suggestions soon as I'm was thinking of putting the intake back on this weekend. Will post pics soon.

DufussMan, follow the link and buy the installation kit/wiring from summit or jegs or something. That way you don't / won't have to cut or splice wires. I used the kit with my 6AL and everything wen't smooth.
