xenon headlights overdrawing circuit

so i bought the headlights mentioned here

I don't see why those bulbs would draw any more current than the original..?
I mean, they are all 55W, right? And you still run lowbeams on the outer pair and high beam on both pairs like original, right?
The brand has nothing to do with the current draw, but I don't trust Sylvania for quality (life, durability).
The other side of the matter is that using relays gets rid of the voltage drop in the stock wiring so you get brighter light.
