Head lights wont go down.

Head lights wont go down.
At the end of last year my headlights stop closing. They come up when you turn them on but dont go down when you shut the lights off and have to manually crank both down. Now that its time to start driving it again I would like to get them working. If its a relay were is it.

could be an number of things.. 1 headlight switch 2 headlight control module 3 headlight motors..
