orange mystery wire?

what deos this wire do and where deos it plug into. when i look around the imediate area where it is located (right infront of the passager) there is no obvious place to plug it into let alone one close enough to. i have a feeling it has to do with the head light motors because they no longer go up.

well there is some underlieing problem with my cars electricaly system i jsut replaced the battery with a optima red top on went for about a 15 min drive and it die right infront of my local garage so i put it in nuetral and costed in.

there was a post a couple weeks ago where somebody said they had two mystery wires by the blower motor and i think the concensus was that one was for his underhood light and the second was some sort of hot lead to the fuel pump, like u hook it to positive and it turns the pump on

turn out it is a test lead for ignitions stuff
