Tach is reluctant
88 Formula
At first start in the morning the tach doesn't move.
15 minutes later it'll go to ~500 rpm
1 minute after that it'll go to ~1500rpm
1 more minute it'll go up to 1750 (which is where I should be) but move sluggishly up and down with gas pedal variations.
A couple of minutes after that it'll move as if nothing's wrong.
What's up? Where do I start looking?
