engine wont start
i pilled the intake off to give a new intake gasket and i removed everything from my intake manifold and to my knowledge i put everything back correctly and when i was finished with putting everything back the engine wouldnt start. the engine ran before i started work but now it wont start. i put the sparkplug wires back according to the service manual but when i try to start it turns over and it seems like it is chugging like some cyliners are sparking but then it stops and i know its got gas and compression. tell me if there is anything that might have been put back wrong on my wiring.

Re: engine wont start
Did you mark and put the distributor back in the same position? Sounds like a possible timing issue.

Re: engine wont start
well i repositioned the distributer and it and i was able to get it started but when it first start it sounded like crap and it shook like crazy but after a min of this happening the engine settled down and it started to idle by itself and it idled normaly without shaking.
