Ground help?

Ok so... Im trying to find what this ground goes to... Its located on the drivers side floor... It is grounded on the brace that the seat bolts to... Can anyone tell me what gets grounded right there?

Well... I have confirmed it does not to go either of thoose two..ACTUALLY IT GOES TO THE FUEL PUMP.... Im retarded... Well my cars fixed now
