I spent all night trying to search for a DRL wiring diagram that I liked. I don't really want my front parking lights all of the time but I do want them to be super bright when I turn my park lights. And I didn't want to use 3 or 4 relays per side, only 2. If you rewire this so it uses a park light switch instead of a DRL switch, it will make both filaments turn on and they will blink from bright to dim. When the park light switch is turned off, its just like any other thirdgen front parking light. Here is the wiring diagram I found, I will make a new one later cause this is kind of crappy. I also think EL12 flashers from autozone or maybe advance auto might be needed to make this work or an LED flasher even. I don't know, I'm trying to test it out.
