Fuse problem

Car: 1984 Z28, 1989 RS Camaro
Engine: V8 305 HO LS9, V6
Transmission: 700R4
Fuse problem
One fuse for dome light and power locks. Replaced it and all work fine. After a few days the locks only go half way, then the fuse is blown and nothing works again. Done this three times.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
