Taplock wiring question?

Bought this:
http://www.taplock.com/

I've locked my keys in my car. Its got power since the box clicks when it activates. The problem is that there are two blue wires which are supposed to send the pulse to unlock the car. I've tries tapping into the switch and the actuator, neither work.

It says that one blue wire goes to the "up-lock wire for actuating the lock" and the other is "to either ground or to 12+v, depending if a ground pulse or negative pulse is sent to the door up-lock".

I'm not sure what to make of this. As I understand it is that one of the blue wires is for a ground, there is no distinction between the two blue wires BTW. Any points in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I get nothing from either wire, one may be a ground. I sent them an email asking about how to properly wire it up and they told me basically that they only give proper instrutions to certified installers.
