No 12 pin...

My check engine light just like to stay on,
So when I go out tonight to check on it, I cant find the 12 pin.
So the moron I bought it from took it out??

But my question is can I manually flash the SES without the 12 pin??

Can you see the hole under the dash where the connector should be?
