horn problem please read
recently when i turn my wheel to the left at one dead spot whenever i pass it my horn goes off/turns on. if i keep turning it turns off and when i turn back pass that one point horn goes off/turns on.
so stupid
what part would be shorting/grounding the horn?
even does it when the horn button is off so its something deeper/internal

It sounds like there is a wire caught up in the sterring harness under the dash, you would ahve to remove the bottom cover plate of the dash and look to see if there is a wire pinching somewhere around the wheel.
