was there an 02 sensor on the manifold you removed? Do you have a CC carb and dist?

is it a CC q-jet or not? CC dist or vac advance?
Re: How do i know if my car uses an ECM?
whats a cc dist? i dunno what you mean by cc, i believe everything is vaccuum though.

there was a vac advance between the y-pipe and headers but got rid of that too.

cc= computer controlled.. basically if you have a computer controlled carbed car the computer controls the timing via the distributor and fuel mixture etc. in the carb. I'm really confused what you mean by a vaccum advance between the headers and y-pipe.. a vaccum advance canister is part of a distributor... if you can post a few underhood pics that would make it really easy to tell.. basically all you're looking at is if the carb is computer controlled or not and if the dist is computer controlled or not.
