Axle/Gears: 10-bolt open diff.
hood tach question
i was thinking about adding a repro hood tach from a 68-69 firebird to my 83 firebird and was wondering if the tach could be wired to an HEI ignition system. from what i understand, it has a universal wiring harness. i wouldn't want to spend $200-something dollars and find out it won't work.

TACKY MODIFICATION
If it’s a repo with an electronic
drive you can hook it up to your
Tach terminal off of the distributor.
