Well the last problem with my 85 that I can see, feel, and think of is my driver side mirror doesnt want to roll up.. The switch itself is broken in half.. But still attached.

But when I push it to roll up the window, it goes nowhere, so could the problem just be the switch? And how can I fix it to be able to roll my window up and down for the time being (untill I get another switch)

Or should I just let it be?
Because I dont want my stereo system stolen out of my car again, or anything else I might leave in there

 

so the wires for the switch are still fully connected?

the motor has probly given up the ghost
