My headlights, tailights (im pretty sure), all interior lights and the cd player and horn dont work. But it starts up,thirdbrake light works and hazards work too. Please get back to me and let me know whats going on and what i can do to fix it.

 

did you check your fuses???

maybe your headlight switch is going out, and caused a fuse to pop

seems odd, normaly your headlights will work but your parking lights/dash lights wont work in a case like yours

 

I dont know if this makes any more of a difference of how this happened but i was driving it when it happened, i was out drifting around in the rain and then about 5 mins later i was at a red light and it just shut off, radio and lights. I have 2 12" subs and a 650 watt amp, so maybe that had something to do with it? I dont know....Let Me know.

and all interrior lights dont work either

 

Check your fuses, check to make sure your lights are still good.
Also check your grounds.

I say check your lights because I have a 96 Silverado with a Corvette rollpan, drove thru some water one day and blew all 4 tail lights.
I also had the right headlight fill halfway up with water.

 

No positive power is going to fuse box, and im able to bypass the fuse box and get the lights to work, but nothing with the radio.

 

then you need to get out a wire daigram and find out where the power lead is going to the fuse box...... i will check mine out if i remember to LOL
