My car ran fine when i bought it, and it came with an aftermarket alarm system (Viper), it was all wired up but disconnected when i got the car. When i'd plug it in, it would just go off even while i was driving the car, so now i took it all out, not really thinking, and not my ecm and starter arent getting power, anyone know what i should be checking, the ecm doesnt effect the starter motor getting power does it, at least not what i gathered from looking over schematics. Anyone know which wires in a third gen these systems are hooked up to, and which wire delivers power to the ecm? Thanks for anyones help, its been a headache.
